With a large appetite for learning, I find the interplay of design, psychology and technology extremely intriguing.
I work at the intersection of trust and usability, turning complex problems into experiences that feel clear, effortless, and genuinely usable for everyone.
As the sole designer on complex, regulated products, I lead through collaboration, working directly with PMs, engineers, security and compliance, the service desk, and QA to make the right trade-offs between hard constraints and the user experience.
I believe the best design comes from understanding constraints deeply enough to design within them gracefully, rather than fighting against them. It's grounded in research, testing, and iteration. I own the design system, ship across three platforms, and write copy that survives translation into eight languages.
- Product thinking. I phase work to match real capacity, like fixing web recovery first while the native flow was built, and I validate direction with surveys and workshops when user testing isn't possible.
- Interaction design for complex flows. Five recovery scenarios routed into three clear paths, and error states that always offer a next step, supported by my illustration and motion background.
- Systems thinking. I own the design system across iOS, Android and web, and build features as reusable patterns, like one scan pattern for three document types.
- Technical and regulatory collaboration. Fluent in eIDAS, eHerkenning and qualified signatures. I work through specs, edge cases and design QA with engineering, security and compliance.
