• Digidentity is a Qualified Trust Service Provider on the EU Trusted List (eIDAS), whose platform has created 25M+ digital identities across 180+ nationalities for 250K+ corporate customers — I'm the sole designer for the products that run on it.
• Sole product designer across native mobile (iOS & Android) and web, owning end-to-end UX for identity verification, account recovery, and digital signature flows.
• Led the account recovery redesign across 5 distinct user scenarios and 8 languages, improving accessibility and reducing user drop-off.
• Consolidated a multi-PIN system into a single PIN per account for 300K+ users, while rebranding the product's core terminology.
• Designed and maintained a scalable design system used across web and mobile, enabling faster engineering handoff and consistent UI.
• Collaborated cross-functionally with security, compliance, engineering, and QA to ship features meeting eIDAS regulatory requirements without compromising usability.

Ran an independent design practice spanning product and brand: rebranded and built a responsive site for Shiva Yoga Center using design-thinking methodology, created brand identities and websites for startups (Remasterdam, Bao Khao, Voltron, Zorg Van Toen), and led illustration and marketing collateral for clients including Puuro Earth and Juizs.

• Built social execution plans across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest — ads, posts, reels, and motion graphics.
